Meet Dr. Vitenas
The Fine Art of Natural Cosmetic Surgery

The Lam Probe is an instrument which provides quick and effective treatment of a variety of common skin irregularities. The Lam Probe may be used to treat milia, cholesterol deposits, skin tags, age spots, clogged pores, cherry angiomas, and benign moles. Good candidates for treatment with the Lam Probe include men and women of any age with benign, minor conditions of the skin. Because there are a variety of methods designed to accomplish skin rejuvenation, a consultation is the best way to determine whether the Lam Probe is right for you

The Lam Probe treatment is an in-office procedure that does not require a topical numbing agent or other anesthetic. The process takes just three to five seconds per spot, though treatment may need to be repeated. The Lam Probe works by sealing off the blood flow to the spot being treated, a design based on the principle that liquid is attracted to the heat released by different probes.

The healing time after treatment with the Lam Probe varies from a couple of days to one week. Nevertheless, patients are able to immediately return to work and other normal activities.
