This 49-year-old patient from Katy was not ready to accept the increasingly sagging tissue along her upper eyelids. As she aged, the thin tissue started to wrinkle and droop making it difficult to wear makeup. Dr. Vitenas performed an upper blepharoplasty, eliminating excess lax skin and the medial fatty tissue. He also performed a lower transconjunctival lift and pinch. The final results took years off of her appearance and has restored her youthful, bright eyes.
