Wanting an improvement in chest size, this 40 year old woman from Dallas came to Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery for breast augmentation. The Before/After photos show the change from an A cup to a full C cup, after a 385cc saline implant was placed in the right breast and a 410cc saline implant was placed in the left breast.
