After childbirth, breasts can naturally lose volume. This 45 year old patient sought a breast augmentation to improve her decrease in chest size. Using a 325cc saline implant in the right breast and a 350cc implant in the left breast, both placed submuscularly, the Clear Lake woman’s chest went from an A cup to a full B cup.
