The 30 year old Dallas patient had been frustrated with her breast size since her teens. Coming to Dr. Vitenas, she requested a Breast Augmentation to add volume and shape. He placed a 397cc silicone implant on the right, and a 371cc silicone implant on the left. Her breasts dramatically changed from a small B to a full C cup.
