The Before/After photos show the results from a Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant. This 40 year old Austin patient was unhappy with her wide nostrils and large nose. Dr. Vitenas performed her Rhinoplasty, bringing the size of her nose down to better fit her facial features. The Chin Implant gave balance to the structure of her face.
