The Before photos show a 31 year old Arkansas woman, with no children, who was uncomfortable with the shape of her Labia; as well as the now loose vaginal opening. Dr. Vitenas decided a combination Labiaplasty and Vaginoplasty would be best used to rejuvenate her groin area. The excess tissues were removed, and remaining muscles tightened.
