The aging face is routinely troubled with diminishing fat, a loss of volume and drooping skin. This 68-year-old female patient from the Woodlands came to Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery for an upper and lower blepharoplasty hoping to brighten the eyes and improve her overall appearance. Dr. Vitenas eliminated excess upper eyelid skin, muscle and fat. He then used a lower-lid transconjunctival and pinch technique to address the area under the eyes. Finally, with a custom-tailored facelift and fat grafting procedure, the patient looks more than a decade younger.
