The before/after photographs show a 35-year-old woman from Cypress, unhappy with sagging upper arm tissue. As a genetic issue, diet and exercise did little to help. Dr. Vitenas suggested a brachioplasty to reduce the unwanted skin and fat, shaping her upper arms. Now, she is pleased to show off her new shape in sleeveless tops and swimwear.
