At 35, this Georgetown patient needed a breast augmentation to increase her chest size and correct life-long asymmetry. Dr. Vitenas placed a 375cc Saline implant on the right, and a 380cc Saline implant on the left, but over the muscle. Her breast increased from a B cup to a D cup.
