These Before/After photos show a 25 year old patient from Beeville, who had been planning on a breast augmentation for several years. Dr. Vitenas used a 285cc saline implant in the right breast and a 300cc saline implant in the left breast. Her chest went from a B cup to a D cup; the patient is very happy with her results.
