To obtain a change from a small A cup to a full C cup, Dr. Vitenas used a 425cc saline implant in this patient’s right breast and a 450cc saline implant in this patient’s left breast. The breast augmentation provided symmetry as well as fullness to the chest of this 30 year old patient from Magnolia.
