This 30 year old Galveston patient came to Dr. Vitenas for assistance with her sagging, deflated breasts. To create a more youthful chest, Dr. Vitenas opted for a mastopexy with augmentation. Using a 371cc saline implant on the right and a 397cc saline implant on the left, the procedure lifted the patient's breasts, adding volume and improving symmetry. Her breasts went from a B cup to a flattering D cup, restoring confidence in her appearance.
