This young woman presented with smooth saline implants 600cc in the submuscular position with complaints of the implants falling both inferiorly and laterally with rippling on the sides and a feeling that the implants were deflating. The patients implants were exchanged for new gel implants of the same size with repair of the inferior and lateral pockets with capsular flaps. Note the marked improvement in position.
