This patient came to Dr. Vitenas with a bulbous tip as well as with a cleft on the tip of her nose. Dr. Vitenas performed a noninvasive rhinoplasty by adding Restylane, to give her nose a thinner appearance, disguise the cleft and improve the balance of her facial features.
