Procedure Description:
This female patient in her early 40s underwent a breast implant exchange with IMF, inframammary fold, repair and lateral gutter repair to correct implant malposition, restoring the natural breast contours. Galaflex mesh was used to reinforce the lower and lateral breast tissue, providing long-term internal support and improved implant stability.
