The 40 year old Houston patient pictured wanted to see a dramatic increase in her breast size. During her Breast Augmentation, Dr. Vitenas placed silicone gel implants: 492cc on the right and 457cc on the left. Going from a small B to a full D cup, she felt like her body was now curvaceous, proportionate, and womanly.
